A melamine board’s colour is only as good as its durability. RPI’s MFC surface is tested against several conditions:
- Chemical resistance — no visible change after 24 hours of exposure to 5% acetic acid and 1% sodium carbonate

- Heat resistance — no marks or discolouration after 180°C for 10 minutes

Production runs on a ContiRoll press from Siempelkamp, the first of its kind in Asia, at a facility with 109,000 m³/year capacity in Kendal, Central Java.
